SHIPPING + PROCESSING TIME - PRE ORDERS

7 - 14 days from date of order.

Our candles are made to order, please anticipate 7-14 days depending on stock availability.

We offer free shipping on orders over R750.

Orders under R750 are charged a flat delivery fee of R99.

We have a 100% money back / replacement policy.

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied and delighted by our products and so will refund/send a new product if you are not completely satisfied.

We do ask that you send us details and feedback on the issues you have experienced, along with pictures of the issue, so we can learn and improve.
